Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NovaFlo CRM, a product of DTRAS-G Solutions Private Limited, which owns and operates the platform and manages all associated services and transactions. By accessing or using NovaFlo CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the platform without written consent.
• Use the platform to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam).
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or services.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to NovaFlo CRM. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Payment & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• All transactions are processed and managed by DTRAS-G Solutions Private Limited.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

NovaFlo CRM, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of DTRAS-G Solutions Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the platform without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTRAS-G Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
